Enlighten Residence features five floors with 90 rooms, offering various layouts, including single rooms, suites, and family rooms. The first-floor public area is thoughtfully designed with a wide range of shared amenities for all residents. From the start, the design focuses on comfort and convenience for users, aiming to create a vibrant and welcoming community. It provides residents with the perfect balance of work and life, allowing them to experience endless possibilities.

Q1. Is a deposit required?

The service management fee includes electricity, water, and internet for common areas, regular cleaning services, and access control management fees.

We currently offer the following plans:

  • Healthcare Professional Plan

  • Academic Plan

  • Corporate Plan (customizable based on corporate needs)

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Each floor is equipped with free shared washing machines and dryers for residents to use. Laundry pods are available for purchase at the front desk for $30 each.

The room is equipped with basic kitchen facilities, including a sink and an induction stove.

Parking spaces are available for rent. Outdoor parking spaces for cars are priced at $3,000 per month each, and indoor covered parking for motorcycles is $300 per month per spot.

Water dispensers are available on the 1st and 5th floors of the building, and residents are free to use them.
