During the initial design phase of Enlighten Residence, Tasacope Construction placed special emphasis on material selection, prioritizing environmental sustainability and health. From the early demolition stage, efforts were made to minimize waste generation. Throughout the construction process, non-toxic wood, eco-friendly paints, and smart lobby systems were chosen to ensure compliance with green building standards.
